“Dear Staff of Arthur’s White Pines, I write this with tears of gratitude and sincerity to you all. You all have a gift that is evident. How difficult it would be for any of us to lay our heads down at night not knowing that our mom/wife/grandma wasn’t in gentle, caring hands. Your days and nights, weekends and holidays are filled with tasks that we can only imagine–you are admired for your strengths. Thank you for the big things as well as all the little things that now must make up Mom’s day. Thank you for being in the moment with her.”
“My dear Aunt Lillian is a resident here at Arthur’s White Pines; we love it!”

“My aunt has improved so much since she’s been here. She does seem to really love the staff. She just receives such
wonderful care. I’m just so proud of your staff, and they have just loved her as much as I do.”
“The staff really care about Dad. They are so very knowledgeable and understanding of his condition and do everything possible to assure his comfort and contentedness.”
“Great cooking! Thank you for always offering coffee or tea or cookies! Beautiful, clean, comfortable, smells of home-cooking!”
“The staff really knows and understands my father. They are very, very good at communicating with me as to how he is doing, his activities, doctor visit report, etc. I am very confident in their level of expertise in geriatrics.”
