Arthur’s White Pines, like all successful companies, has a recipe for success.  Ours is based on over 30 years of experience.  We begin by establishing a care plan for each client based on input from the individual and his or her family members.  We communicate frequently with family members about their loved one’s health status and current issues. Maintaining clear communication with the family is the best way for us to provide high quality care.

Accountability is a key ingredient in our recipe to ensure that we are implementing the services we have promised on a consistent basis.  Staff are responsible for therapies, leisure activities, personal care, treatments, medication administration and any other support a client may need.

Another ingredient in our recipe is great supervision.  The house supervisor or “Residential Supervisor” lives on-site and is the primary contact–the person you can turn to with concerns. The Residential Supervisor ensures that staff have the support they need to do a great job and that the schedule is always full.  The Program Director oversees several Residential Supervisors to ensure quality and continuity across all homes. A Registered Nurse oversees and directs healthcare in the home and is on-site or on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We value your input and set up an expectation of open communication.  We strive to meet the needs of each individual we support, and to listen and respond to the input of family members.  You are welcome to drop in any time.   The owners of our company, Jim and Dorothy Nelson, as well as the COO Gene Leistico, will also welcome your calls.

With over 30 years of experience, we enjoy an excellent reputation for high quality care.  We offer a highly qualified team of professionals who will be responsive to your needs.
