Hiring Process: We hire only the very best employees. Applicants to our company complete a rigourous testing and interview process that involves pre-employment assessments and interviews specifically designed by the owner and licensed psychologist, Jim Nelson, for healthcare positions. We hire people who have integrity and are respectful and kind. Less than 10% of applicants are hired, which gives you an idea of our high standards for staff.

Training: We provide our employees with an extensive training program including approximately 70 hours of initial training and ongoing monthly training. We share your desire to have competent and responsible people you can trust assisting residents in our care. We want you to have peace of mind!
