Staff Ratios

High Staff Ratios: We feel it's important that your loved one receives peronalized care. We have 2 staff working with 6 residents during waking hours. This allows us to support each resident with the assistance they need and the social activities they desire. In addition, our staffing ratios allow us to accommodate the needs of residents who require 2-person transfers or who have other specialized needs.

24-Hour Awake Staff: We know that care needs don't always end during the night. We provide the peace of mind knowing that residents have a staff person awake and available during the night.
